So you are looking for an Add-On that gives you info about group members in dungeons and raids who needs healing, dispelling, etc. I would say that default UI gives you this info if you at raid, not sure about dungeons, but I think you can change it in interface options so that you can see the same theme in dungeons as well as in raids. I can't remember that because I used to use ElvUI for a long time:p If you cannot get things in default UI, my advice is to look for any raid UI replacement for healers.
There are plenty of them and you just need to stick to one which works best for you. The good add-on for me has:. healing prediction. aggro information.
debuff on all raid / dungeon members to dispell, usually indicated by background color or a border. compact; I need a box telling me what's going on, not any kind of fancy frame. highly 'customizable' - for instance you may not be interested in some debuffs and what to filter them out, you want healing to be decreasing horizontally or vertically etc., you prefer percentages rather than absolute numbers, etc. As said before, I use ElvUI which is total UI replacement and for healers I also added Clique.

ElvUI gives me important info whereas Clique let me assign shortcuts which I can use on mouseover, e.g., I can mouseover a raid member and hit Q for Rejuvenation, etc. Sorry There's a typo in my previous post. It should read ' I use ElvUI which is total UI replacement and for healing I also added Clique' ElvUI needs some time for learning and it's easy to disregard but I can say it's one of the most frequently used add-on for this purpose. I find it excellent for raid healing. As to Bartender, I never had chance to try it and I might be wrong but I though it was only for customizing action bars? What you are asking for is an Add-On to notify about debuff on particular unit frame.
Did you try default UI. If the dispel is what you need, it might be good enough. 16:15Posted by is it worth getting a raid frame addon such a vuhdoo? Or is there another one which would give me the notification? I can't say much about Vuhdoo.
I tried it only once a couple of years ago. I would also try different websites: WoWInterface, WoWAce, Reddit, or maybe there's something on Icy Veins regarding Resto Druid. I am afraid I can only help regarding ElvUI and Clique because I find this combo extremely helpful:) Cheers.
If you want to test addons, it's a good time now do so so in LFR. Most healers are pretty well geared and the raid would not even notice one of the healers is slacking:D.
OUFDispellableThis is an element for the unitframe framework. It does nothing by itself and requires layout support to do its magic.BREAKING CHANGEI decided to rename the addon to oUFDispellable due to a spelling mistake, which means layout authors will have to adopt the proper spelling from version 2.0.0 onward. Sorry guys and galsDescriptionoUFDispellable provides functionality to highlight debuffs dispellable by the player. It can display either a texture colored by the debuff type, or an icon representing the found dispellable debuff, or both.It enables and disables itself automatically based on whether the player can dispel or not and keeps an always updated list of the dispel spells available to the player. It also keeps track of self-dispels like and to highlight only the player frame when only those are known. How to use (for layout authors)The element is fully documented and follows the current oUF guidelines for documentation.
Please take a look at the codefor details and examples. You could also consult the.How to installIf you are a layout author, here are some options how to distribute oUFDispellable with your layout:. unzip the whole embedded package into your layout's folder and load libsLibStubLibStub.lua, libsLibPlayerSpells-1.0lib.xml and oUFDispellable.lua from your.toc file in that order.
While this is the simplest option, you will have to keep your copy updated manually. if you are using git for source control management, you could use gitmodules to pull oUFDispellable and it's dependencies. you could use some automated packaging for distribution like.
Once set up, this is the best solution. Please consider making oUFDispellable optional for your users. The easiest way is to distribute it with your layout as a separate addon and use something like.
Code: if not IsAddOnLoaded('oUFDispellable') then return end before calling its functionality. Users can then opt-out of using it by just uninstalling it without having to edit your code. This way they can also update oUFDispellable themselves, without you having to release a new version of your layout just to pick some minor changes. If you are a layout user and oUFDispellable didn't come together with your layout despite the layout supporting it, just install it as a normal addon.IssuesIf you have any problems using oUFDispellable, please open an issue at. Remember to first search if there is an open/closed issue concerning your problem.LicensePlease read the included LICENSE.
Wow Dispel Magic
DescriptionSteal, Purge & Dispel (SP&D) provides several tools to help you achieve efficient offensive dispel of your target and your focus. SP&D works with magic dispel as well as enrage dispel. The addon will automatically load if your character knows a dispel spell but will remain quiet otherwise.Timer barsSP&D creates a frame containing up to 10 timer bars corresponding to dispellable auras currently present on your target and your focus. The bars show the name, icon, remaining time and stacks of the auras. The layout of the frame is highly customizable and supports SharedMedia. The focus monitoring can be completely disabled.SoundA sound can be played by SP&D when your target or your focus shows a dispellable aura.Macro autocreationSP&D creates a dispel macro for you that uses your dispel spell.
The macro casts your dispel spell on your target or your focus depending on your choice. You can easily modify buttons and modifiers used by the macro with a dedicated interface. You can also completely edit this macro to your taste.Dispel ButtonsSP&D provides an alternative way to cast your dispel spell by creating a button corresponding to your target and to your focus.
Clicking on these buttons will automatically cast your dispel spell on the concerned unit. Due to blizzard addon restrictions, these buttons cannot be completely hidden if your target or focus has nothing to dispel, but the transparency can be modified and set to 0.Custom listsSP&D provides custom white and black lists. In case SP&D doesn’t detect a dispellable aura, you can add it using the white list tool. Conversely, if SP&D detects wrongly an aura or if it happens that you don’t want to hear about a dispellable aura, you can add it to the black list and SP&D will not detect it anymore.ConfigurationSP&D is ready to use on installation, but you can modify the addon behaviour and the layout to your like. Type /sp&d to open configuration panel or access it via addon menu in the interface option. You can then enable the config mode by ticking the corresponding box on the top-left side of the config panel.
For all Monks out there. This addon does not support your class, but you can make it do it in 1 minute. Here is how I did it:. Open Interface/AddOns/StealPurgeDispel/StealPurgeDispel.lua in Notepad or similar program. On line 18: Add, 'MONK' between 'Druid' and. On line 58: Leftclick at the right side of 'soothe' and hit enter once. This creates a new line (59).
On this line, copy paste the text from line 58 and change DRUID to MONK. Then 2908 to 115450 and at last soothe to detox. Save your changes. After that, enable the addon for your monk ingame and type /sp&d to configurate.

Most dispel abilities remove effects from a specific dispel type, but in some cases they remove depending on a specific mechanic (for example, removes ). I've used Decursive for years now. It's set of translucent little tiny squares that you can place anywhere on your screen. One square if you are alone, or more if you are in group / raid. You can set transparency so you hardly notice them unless they light up. The square for a toon / toons light up when there's something you can dispel, no matter what class you are in, one click (left or right depending on the dispel / polymorph needed) and it's done. Super fast, super small, super smooth. Also allows your mage / shammy / priest / druid /pally to aid your healers with one click.
Takes hardly any system resources, has NEVER screwed up on me in 10+ years of using it. No set up required except to set transparency and location on your screen. 08:11 AMPosted by I use Vuhdo and when something needs to be dispelled the persons panel changes color. Pretty handy. How do you set that up cause my vudhoo just brings an icon over their name and most of the time it is spells that I can’t remove.
Full disclosure: I haven't really fiddled with my Vuhdo settings in quite awhile. I took a look at how I'm set up and the options available and I think I found the right ones.

Go into your Vuhdo options and select the 'General' tab and 'Indicators' option on the side. See what you have the Health Bar set as (there are 4 different Health options).
If you have it set as Health (generic, solid) or Health (generic, class col) then it should change the color of the health bar based on debuff. If you have it set on something different but want to add the debuff color change to that, then select the 'Bouquets' option on the side and in the top left drop down select whatever Health bar option you are using (or better yet, use the copy feature to copy that onto a new one so if something gets messed up you still have the original) and select 'Add' button under 'Bouquet Details'. The added option should be highlighted. Now in the 'Select special event.'
Dropdown select 'Flag: Debuff, configured'. You can now use the arrows in the 'Bouquet Details' area add this higher or lower in your priorities. You can change what color you want the debuff to display by going to the 'Colors' tab and selecting the 'states' option.
All the debuff types will be listed. Like I said, I think this is how I set it up but if you are having any trouble, feel free to reach out to me @ btag: Elenaltarien#1502. I'll be happy to help. OP: Sorry to derail your thread but I wanted to at least try and answer Tyluth's question. As for OP: I just manually target and purge.
